Operations Manager, Domestic Major Loss (MPO2527)

Our client is seeking a Major Loss Adjuster (Cert CILA) to work from home and manage a small team of Loss Adjusters operating throughout North England as required handling Domestic & HNW losses without financial restriction on a 'cradle to grave' basis.

You will be given the assistance of secretarial & support staff. We are ideally looking for an Adjuster with a minimum of 2 years commercial adjusting experience; someone with ambition who is looking to progress beyond this role into the commercial adjusting field. ACII / CILA progression would be advantageous, but not essential; the company is looking to promote ACII / CILA progression and any other professional development deemed appropriate.
