Senior Building Surveyor (MRICS / MBEng) (MPO2364)

Our client is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor (MRICS / MCIOB / MBEng) in a technical role, supporting and developing property and large loss adjusting teams with the handling of property damage claims (perils and subsidence).
 
Based in North London / Home Counties area, you will provide advice / guidance on complex building issues arising from losses referred to you including scheduling work, preparing tender documentation and managing the tender process. The work will be referred to you by adjusters and third-party adjusters.
 
You will regularly deal with losses in excess of £100,000 and be required to project manage losses through to completion.
 
You will be MRICS/MBEng qualified and ideally boast a minimum of 2 years prior Project Managed, Loss Adjusting experience (not essential).
