I have dealt with Robbie on a couple of potential positions, once successfully and once unsuccessfully.
What marks him out is that he makes the effort to keep in touch and keep you up to date at every stage. Robbie manages expectations and explains the causes of any delay. Whereas so many consultants lose interest in you if you are unsuccessful and you never hear from them again, Robbie makes the effort to contact you and explain in detail the reasons behind this.
Robbie is not just a salesman who tries to put you in any position as is the case with so many 'consultants', he is clear that the position has to be right for you as well as vice-versa and when you do get an offer then he keeps in contact until your start date.
Top class experience all round and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a new role.
