This financial planning firm believes in collaboration and they think that's best done in an office setting. They understand though that this perceived lack of flexibility makes it harder for them to recruit so they need to do more to attract someone.
Their trade off? Whilst you'll be in the office every day you will have a starting salary of up to c£70,000. And whilst it's not something that can happen for a few years, they're not put off by someone who one day would like to be a planner.
So that's great pay and the prospect of progression to counter being in the office everyday, something some people like anyway.
(It's also worth saying that there's free parking at their Golders Green offices. That not only saves £40 per week but also makes life easier - no worrying about getting a space every day.)
They're a small business with 3 financial planners and you'll be the main paraplanner for them. That means variety to your work and the fulfilment of being the go-to technical expert outside of the advice team.
You'll learn plenty too as the firm specialise in financial planning/wealth management to UK and Israeli citizens. And there's the possibility for you to become an integral part of the Investment Committee.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
You will be level 4 qualified and have some experience as a paraplanner. They are open to junior and very senior individuals - genuinely - because they are firm believers in nurturing talent. It's about where you can take your career, not where you currently are.
