Our Client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Head of Surveying Services to oversee and manage their nationwide network of chartered surveyors.
The ideal candidate will have extensive managerial experience, preferably holding dual qualifications such as CILA, RICS, or MCIOB, with extensive experience in insurance building claims, validation, scoping, project management, and contract administration.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our surveyors deliver consistent technical expertise across the UK in line with the business model.
You will manage resource distribution, ensure high standards in building pathology and insurance policy validation, and continuously develop and train your team to enhance service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a strategic vision for optimising operations, improving performance metrics and fostering personal and professional development for the surveyors.
