One was money, obviously. One was greater flexibility about where you work and when. The other three were all variations on "To learn and grow".
Their conclusion? "People who aren't learning will leave".
And that sums things up for you. You don't mind your job or your company. But what comes next? Where can your career go? Or is it "same old, same old"?
At this firm they want their staff to get better at what they do. They want their staff to take on extra responsibility. They want their staff to progress. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
You'll be an administrator for a financial planning firm where you’ll process new business and prepare client meeting packs. You'll have at least two years experience in a similar environment and you'll be big on team ethos.
