One was money, obviously. One was greater flexibility about where you work and when. The other three were all variations on "To learn and grow".
Their conclusion? "People who aren't learning will leave".

As for the job itself you'll work alongside a paraplanner. Together you'll support the financial planning team who manage a sizeable, high net worth client base. That means you'll sharpen your technical skills and work on interesting cases from day one.
There's a salary of up to £32,500 (there is some flexibility for the right people) plus:

You'll have experience working for a financial planning firm in an administrative capacity. Ideally this will be for two years plus but there is some flexibility with this.
